Do You Deliver the Shed to Me?
Yes, we provide free delivery throughout most of Northwest Arkansas with your shed purchase. If your location extends outside our free delivery range we may charge by the mile. As part of the sale process we will make sure you understand any additional fees that may be incurred.
Can You Add a Custom Option to My Shed?
Absolutely. Since many of our sheds are made to order, we are able to work with you to ensure that your shed has all the features and options you want. Whether your custom needs are as simple as extra windows, shelves, or workbenches or whether it’s as complicated as a unique building design, electrical work, or interior walls – we’re here to serve you. Contact us to start your custom build.
How Wide An Opening Do I Need to Get My Shed Into My Backyard?
Our Shed Mule that we use for placing your shed allows us to fit your shed through very tight areas. We generally ask for openings with at least 1 foot of extra space on both sides of the shed. When planning for delivery be sure to look at overhead obstacles also. Overhead lines and branches should have a 3 foot clearance from the peak of the shed.
Do I Need A Foundation For My Shed?
We can place a shed on either a prepared gravel or concrete foundation or on concrete blocks directly on the ground. If you choose to not use a foundation, we will place the shed on concrete blocks and level it with the blocks. Feel free to ask about your foundation questions during the sales process. We are able to do shed pad prep work if you desire.
Can You Build My Shed On-Site?
Yes, if your shed location does not allow for delivering a prebuilt shed, we are able to prepare your shed materials and bring them to your site to construct the building there. We do charge extra for on-site builds. Contact us through our quote form for an on-site request.
What About City Permits and HOA Requirements for My Shed?
We’re happy to make sure your shed is built to your HOA, POA, or City requirements. However, it is your responsibility to find out what the requirements are for your specific location and bring those to us. You are solely responsible for pulling the necessary building permits, ensuring your shed meets HOA or POA requirements, and making sure your shed placement is aligned with local laws.
